QuickBooks:

The ideal candidate must be highly skilled in using QuickBooks. Holding a ProAdvisor credential is considered an advantage.

Data Gathering Skills:

Applicants should be able to gather financial data efficiently using QuickBooks, including utilizing bank feeds and importing data from external sources.

Account Reconciliation:

The candidate must possess the ability to reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, including banks, accounts receivable, and credit cards.

Payroll Preparation:

The applicant should be capable of preparing payroll both manually and through various payroll provider systems.

Client Communication:

Candidates must be able to present and discuss financial and tax information clearly with clients. Interest in

Tax Preparation:

An eagerness to learn how to prepare tax returns is essential for this role.
