AP Specialist

Description Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage full‑cycle AP functions and ensure timely, accurate processing of invoices and payments. Responsibilities + Process high‑volume invoices and match PO/non‑PO invoices + Perform three‑way matching and resolve discrepancies + Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, check) + Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger + Support month‑end close and accruals + Maintain vendor records and respond to inquiries Requirements Qualifications + 2+ years of AP experience + Strong knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliations + Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) + Proficiency in Excel + Strong attention to detail and deadlines Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
