Job Description

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our client located in New Hope, PA. This on-site contract opportunity focuses on core accounting support across payables, receivables, payroll, and routine bookkeeping functions. The role is well suited for someone who can keep financial records organized, handle recurring deadlines with accuracy, and provide dependable support for day-to-day accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming invoices, prepare outgoing billing, apply payments, and investigate account discrepancies to keep transactions current and accurate.
  • Maintain organized financial documentation and payroll records to support reliable reporting and internal controls.
  • Run payroll for a mixed workforce that includes permanent staff and seasonal employees, ensuring timely and precise processing.
  • Update and monitor employee payroll information so earnings, deductions, and related records remain accurate.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations and assist with routine ledger-based bookkeeping activities.
  • Contribute to month-end accounting tasks by helping validate balances and support the close process.
  • Address payroll, billing, and payment-related questions from internal stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Help uphold compliance expectations and recordkeeping standards across accounting and payroll processes.
