Accounts Payable Specialist Role:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key member of the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of payables.Responsibilities include:
- Enter and process up to 70 vendor invoices daily.
- The AP Specialist will manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors.
- Maintain and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports.
- The AP Specialist will investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders.
Accounts Payable Specialist Role:
- Prior accounts payable experience.
- Familiarity with 3-way match processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
