ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

Pittsburgh, PA 15090 $50,000 – $55,000 A well-established organization providing services and solutions to a wide range of business clients is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day AR functions including invoicing, collections, payment application, and account reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely cash flow management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

AR Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner The AR Specialist will monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts through professional customer communication The AR Specialist will record, apply, and reconcile incoming payments to customer accounts Assist with customer account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentation The AR Specialist will generate basic AR reports for internal review and financial reporting needs Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and payment tracking Qualifications of the
