Bookkeeper / Office Administrator (Bucks County / Yardley, Pennsylvania) About Us Manhattan Capital LLC is a private investment firm focused on acquiring and developing high-potential assets across restaurant, real estate, sports entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. We are committed to operational excellence, strategic growth, and long-term value creation. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator with strong experience in QuickBooks, Restaurant365, and HRIS platforms. This role manages full-cycle accounting and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment and requires a proactive, organized, and trustworthy professional. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Support budgeting and ensure GAAP compliance
  • Maintain employee records and assist with HRIS administration
  • Oversee onboarding, payroll processing, and insurance compliance
  • Monitor inventory and support operational initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Controller and cross-functional teams Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll and/or human resources
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, HR, and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and HRIS systems
  • Experience with Restaurant365 (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
