This role provides core support for accounts payable and general accounting functions, including maintaining vendor records and supporting general ledger activity. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial tracking and supporting agency-wide inventory and asset management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounts payable practices Experience preferred in nonprofit or public agency environment Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field OR At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
TOOLS & TECHNOLOGY
Mid-tier accounting software (Sage Intacct or similar) Microsoft Office Strong proficiency in Excel required
