The Role Accounting Specialist The Accounting Specialist is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the company's accounting operations. This position consolidates billing oversight and core accounting functions into a single, accountable role, serving as a critical contributor to the company's financial controls and client billing accuracy. This role is central to managing revenue streams—including recurring service contracts, project work, hardware/software resale, and pass-through vendor costs. The Accounting Specialist will partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Leadership to support financial clarity, and improve financial systems as the business grows. Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 3+ years of experience in billing, accounting, or a combined finance operations role
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be willing and able to learn MSP systems such as ConnectWise and Microsoft 365, along with AI and automation tools used to support internal efficiency
• Experience in an MSP, SaaS, IT services, or professional services environment; familiarity with PSA platform (ConnectWise); understanding of recurring revenue, project billing, and license-based billing models Why Work for us?
