Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Position

Plastic Molded Concepts is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable position. This role is responsible for managing daily A/P and A/R functions along with supporting purchasing activities.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable Enter and process customer deposits Reconcile customer and vendor accounts Maintain accurate financial and accounting records Assist with purchasing activities and related administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software Ability to multitask and work independently High attention to detail and accuracy
