We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team. Responsibilities:

Process vendor invoices and ensure all payments are timely and accurate Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) Maintain up-to-date vendor records including W-9s and 1099 compliance Support month-end close and AP reconciliations Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve any AP issues Assist with audit preparation and documentation

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment is a plus Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage X3, or similar) Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive, team-player mindset with great communication skills
