In this role, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments in accordance with company policies. Key Responsibilities Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization Match purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices (3-way match) Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure proper coding to GL accounts Prepare and process payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers) Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status Assist with month-end close activities including AP accruals Maintain organized and accurate filing of AP documentation Support audits by providing documentation as requested Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and controls Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) Strong Microsoft Excel skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage high invoice volumes and meet payment deadlines Good communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction Preferred Experience with automated AP or ERP systems Familiarity with 1099 processing Knowledge of basic accounting principles CSI Aviation, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
