NOTE THIS JOB REQUIRES 1-2 DAYS IN OFFICE-REMOTE HYBRID
Under the direction of the Finance Manager, the Payables Coordinator will perform a variety of fiscal, financial, and accounting support duties. Additional duties may include performing general office support duties as needed.
Responsibilities Grant Accounting:

Grant Revenue Review/Research Disbursements:
a. Full Cycle Accounts Payable b. Assist with purchasing c. Disbursements of prepared checks, mailing, filing of A/P d. Scan files to
Dropbox Accounts Receivable:
e. Assist with posting & reconciliations f.
Accounts Receivable:
general filing g. Create, send, and follow up on invoices h. Scan files to Dropbox Maintain confidential records. Attend meetings and training as needed. Assist with general office filing, phones, greeting office visitors, etc. when needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum one (4) years' experience with accounting or professional office setting is preferred. Ability to understand verbal and written direction. Ability to read/understand Federal and State grant and contract regulation preferred. Must be detail oriented. Proven ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Fast learner, detail-oriented, and self-starter. Must be able to maintain confidentiality when working with private information such as personal data, financial data from colleagues, personnel, or Tribal members. Knowledge of computerized accounting, preferably MIP and QuickBooks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred. Possesses a valid California Class C Driver's License.
Pay:
$62,750.00 - $75,000.00 per year
