This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented AP professional who enjoys owning the full payables process and is looking for long-term growth within a collaborative, people-first culture. This role will be responsible for full-cycle accounts payable, working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate, timely processing while supporting month-end close activities and ongoing process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice intake, review, coding, approval routing, and payment processing Process both P.O. and non-P.O. invoices, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies Maintain vendor records, including onboarding, updates, and ongoing vendor management and communication Perform accounts payable and vendor reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner Monitor and manage AP aging, following up on outstanding items and addressing issues proactively Assist with month-end close, including AP accruals, cutoff procedures, and supporting schedules Support internal and external audits by preparing AP documentation and responding to audit requests Partner with purchasing, operations, and accounting teams to improve workflows and efficiency Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as the company continues to scale Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle accounts payable role Strong experience processing P.O. and non-P.O. invoices Solid understanding of AP reconciliations, aging, and month-end support Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (or XLOOKUP) Hands-on experience with Bill.com and accounting/ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, Great Plains, QuickBooks, or similar) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset Why This Opportunity Join a growing organization with a positive, supportive culture Opportunity to expand responsibilities and advance within the accounting team Exposure to month-end close, audits, and process improvement initiatives Stable role with long-term career potential Hybrid role working 3 days in office per week after training period
Pay Details:
