$23.00 – $28.00 Insurance Technology Industry About the Opportunity – PT Accounts Payable Specialist This is a part-time, temporary opportunity (approximately 3–6 months) for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to support a small, lean accounting team within a growing insurance technology organization. The role offers flexibility, fully remote work, and the chance to contribute to process improvements. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on full cycle AP in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities – PT Accounts Payable Specialist Manage low-volume, full-cycle accounts payable processing Monitor and manage the AP inbox and incoming invoices Coordinate invoice approvals with department managers Load and process invoices in NetSuite Track payables using spreadsheets and support process documentation Ensure accurate general ledger coding for all AP transactions Assist with evolving and streamlining the current manual AP process into NetSuite Qualifications – PT Accounts Payable Specialist 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience required NetSuite experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with efficient work habits Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a temporary, fast-paced setting Forward-thinking mindset with interest in process improvement and automation #
