Contract (6 months) w/ possibility for extension/conversion About the Role We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist (AP Specialist) to support a high-volume finance team. In this role, you will manage invoice processing, 3-way matching, GL coding, and vendor communication to ensure accurate and timely payments. This is a great opportunity for candidates with SAP or ERP experience who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented accounting environment. Key Responsibilities Process and review a high volume of vendor invoices daily Perform 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice) to ensure accuracy Apply accurate GL coding and enter invoices into the system Route invoices for approval and follow up on pending approvals Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments Support month-end close activities for Accounts Payable Assist with fixed assets processing and tracking Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Experience Required for Your Success Required Qualifications 2-5 years of Accounts Payable / AP experience Experience with invoice processing and reconciliation Knowledge of 3-way matching and GL coding Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, Oracle/NetSuite acceptable) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite Experience in a high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and vendor management skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of sales & use tax Experience with fixed assets accounting Why Apply?
