Job Description

Our client in Pasadena has an immediate need for a Temporary-to-Hire Accounts Payable Specialist. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.
Duties:
process full cycle accounts payable; ensure timely accuracy of recoding and posting invoices; weekly check runs; assist with vendor correspondence; research and resolve discrepancies; reconcile expense reports; and 1099 preparation.
Qualifications:
2+ years full cycle accounts payable experience QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
