Job Description:

We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with financial services industry experience to handle full-cycle AP. This role processes invoices, check requests, and employee/volunteer reimbursements while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This position is hybrid with three days working onsite and two days work from home.

Requirements:

2+ years' Accounts Payable experience Must have financial services industry experience Tech-savvy, fast learner, strong Excel skills Detail-oriented with strong communication and time-management abilities Experience with Symitar or AVID, a plus!
