Accounts Receivable Clerk

May 12, 2026 Accounts Receivable Clerk Pocola, OK $14 / per hour Temp Apply Now Back Job Description An established and stable company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Administrative Clerk to support our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, be comfortable working with spreadsheets and company software, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with billing to upload invoices into customer platforms
• Monitor and analyze past-due accounts
• Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer disputes
• Maintain accurate A/R reports and records
• Post daily payments (credit card, ACH, and checks)
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks within the service department Qualifications
• Experience with data entry and accounts receivable processes
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment Benefits
