  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with expertise in NetSuite to join our dynamic finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing, cash applications, and account reconciliations. Your strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting software, and industry standards will drive efficient revenue cycle management and support our organization's financial health. Duties Manage the entire accounts receivable process using NetSuite, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and initiate collection efforts through negotiation and professional communication. Perform detailed analysis of accounts receivable aging reports to identify discrepancies or potential issues requiring resolution. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing disputes efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships. Maintain accurate records of all transactions within accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms. Contribute to process improvements in revenue cycle management to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization. Experience Proven experience in accounts receivable functions within a corporate accounting environment, preferably with exposure to public accounting or governmental accounting standards. Strong proficiency in NetSuite is required; familiarity with other financial software such as QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or Quicken is a plus. Solid understanding of financial concepts including debits & credits, journal entries, account analysis, and double-entry bookkeeping. Experience working with medical billing or healthcare revenue cycles is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to perform data entry accurately at high volumes (10-key typing skills) while maintaining attention to detail. #RJAF123
