The Impact Youll MakeThe Accounting Clerk/Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, employee expense reports and supports other processes as necessary. This role ensures that customer invoices are properly documented, verified, and cash applied in accordance with company policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding financial integrity within the organization. What Youll Be Responsible ForProcesses and posts all customer receiptsPrepare bank depositsProvides customer with copies of missing invoice(s) and supporting documentation of their accountUploading invoices to customers third party websitesEmailing invoices to customersSorting & matching Bills of LadingReports and follows up on customer short paysSupporting collections as necessaryProvide bank account reconciliation supportReview and support employee expense reportingOther tasks as assignedWhat you bring Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)Previous experience in accounts receivable, general accounting or a related finance role What Makes You Successful Here Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
