• Full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist West Chester, PA We are working with a growing, well-established organization in the West Chester area that is looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning processes, working cross-functionally, and playing a key role in the financial operations of a business . What You'll Be Doing You'll take ownership of the accounts receivable function and help ensure smooth, accurate, and timely cash flow processes: Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and aging receivables Follow up with customers on past-due invoices via phone and email Apply incoming payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies Maintain organized and accurate records of AR activity and communications Prepare and distribute aging reports to leadership Partner with internal teams (sales, billing, customer service) to resolve issues Assist with month-end close activities related to receivables Support audits by providing documentation and explanations Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments Help set up new customer accounts and verify credit details
