Description As an Accounts Receivable Specialist with Aperture, you will be responsible for reviewing cash accounts and applying funds to outstanding customer accounts on a daily basis. This requirement will include reviewing remittances and performing research when needed on incoming payments and certifying payments are posted to proper accounts. Essential Functions Review and post cash receipts Interact with internal and external clients as needed to ensure invoice accuracy Apply payments via ACH, check, and credit card payments to customer accounts Perform customer account reconciliations and research unapplied or misapplied payments Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances Assist with management of the accounting mailbox Prepare account statements Prioritize clients/suppliers to ensure excellence in task execution Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as requested. Requirements High School Diploma or greater 1-3 years' experience preferred Needed knowledge of basic math, bookkeeping, data entry, and accounting skills Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening Attention to detail NetSuite Experience a plus Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our employees with the right balance between work and family. Hours of Work Fulltime:
Defined as 5 days a week for 40 hours per week. Actual working hours will be discussed with the hiring manager.
