6-month contract with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent
The Role:
You will own both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, supporting U.S. accounting operations during a period of growth and NetSuite integration. You will collaborate with an onsite AP clerk and international teammates in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices, coding, and payments (AP) Track contract milestones, create client invoices, and apply payments (AR) Perform monthly bank reconciliations and help clear backlog items Maintain prepaid schedules and prepare month-end journal entries Code and import T&E transactions into NetSuite Support data accuracy during NetSuite implementation
What We're Looking For:
3+ years AP/AR or general accounting experience Must have NetSuite experience Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) Entertainment or production industry experience is a plus Self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight Ramp experience is a bonus !
