Job DescriptionJob Description Accounts Payable Coordinator -
PO invoices , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to payment terms Manage invoice approval workflows and monitor deadlines to ensure timely payment processing Partner cross?functionally to research and resolve invoice discrepancies Process and maintain accurate records for vendor chargebacks Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong working relationships Monitor and manage the shared AP inbox, routing and responding to inquiries as needed Assist with payment processing in accordance with company policies and internal controls Support month?end and year?end close activities , including reconciliations and reporting assistance Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation as required Support the implementation and tracking of KPIs and operational metrics Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AP processes Perform account analysis and reconciliations Complete additional ad hoc projects as assigned by the finance team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience , or 5 years of business/office experience Prior experience working in high?volume accounting environments What We're Looking For Ability to work a hybrid schedule Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Motivated, eager to learn, and open to new ideas and process improvements Strong problem?solving and analytical skills Comfortable working in a deadline?driven, fast?paced finance environment Why This Opportunity Pay up to $23/hour , depending on experience Hybrid flexibility Stable organization with a collaborative finance team Opportunity to contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency If you're an Accounts Payable professional looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply today with resume!

Hybrid LHH is partnering with a reputable and growing organization to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their finance team. This role is ideal for a detail?oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast?paced, high?volume environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and strong vendor relationships. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting end?to?end AP operations while collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments. Pay Details:
