Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM EST or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST Job Overview We are seeking an experienced AR Collections Specialist with strong home infusion revenue cycle experience. This role is responsible for managing accounts receivable, resolving complex billing issues, and supporting timely reimbursement through effective follow-up, denial management, and claims resolution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in back-end revenue cycle operations within the home infusion industry and can independently manage complex infusion billing workflows in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Perform AR follow-up, account documentation, and aging AR management Manage denial resolution including appeals, peer disputes, and timely filing issues Process adjustments and post payments accurately Submit corrected and secondary claims as needed Review medical records and interpret insurance benefits to support claim resolution Analyze fee schedules, payer contracts, and reimbursement structures Identify trends impacting reimbursement and support AR reduction initiatives Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of back-end AR / revenue cycle experience in the home infusion industry Strong understanding of insurance billing, denials, appeals, and claims follow-up Ability to independently manage complex accounts in a remote, high-volume setting • We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA). • As a job position within our Revenue Cycle division, a successful completion of a background check may be required as a condition of employment.
