AR Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing accounting team. This individual will work in accounts receivable, with a strong focus on collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while contributing to process improvements and overall revenue cycle efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Review, reconcile, and resolve aged AR balances and outstanding invoices Perform high-volume collections outreach and follow up with vendors/customers Research payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, and billing issues Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve account concerns Maintain accurate records, reporting, and account updates in Excel and accounting systems Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to drive timely resolutions

Qualifications:

High-volume Accounts Receivable and collections experience required Advanced Excel skills required Strong communication skills with vendors and internal departments Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently #RJAF123

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
