Job Title:

Part-Time Remote Bookkeeper (Accounting Background Required) About Us We are a security alarm installation company based in McKinney, TX . We pride ourselves on keeping our community safe, and we need a detail-oriented professional to help keep our financial house in order. The Role We are seeking a seasoned Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our accounts three days a week. This is a 90% work-from-home position designed for someone who values a work-life balance and the freedom of a flexible weekly schedule. Weekly in person meetings to review completed work required. What You'll Do Manage daily financial transactions and record-keeping. Process and categorize expenses using Neat Receipts . Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks . Perform bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

Education:

A degree or formal certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Software Savvy:

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with Neat Receipts is a must.

Industry Knowledge:

Previous experience in a service or installation-based industry is a plus.

Reliability:

Ability to work independently from home while meeting deadlines.

Proof of Work:

Applicants must be able to provide examples or references regarding past bookkeeping performance.

Schedule & Compensation Pay:

$25.00 per hour.
