Bookkeeper

Job DescriptionJob Description Full time Bookeeper who can work in office with the possibility of remote after a year. We would prefer someone who has a background in Construction. This person would assist our current bookeeper and allow us to stay current and up to date on all AR and AP data using Quickbooks desktop for construction. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Health insurance, Dental and 401K offered with flexible hours and possible remote work depending on task and online security at home. Weekend hours are also possible. Additional tasks may include payroll processing, certified payroll reports, insurance audits and subcontractor renewal applications. Rate determined on experience and performance.
