Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities ensuring accurate financial reporting and cash management. The ideal candidate will bring organization and a proactive attitude to help our organization run efficiently. Duties Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Perform bank, inter-company, and balance sheet reconciliations Track liabilities and loans (inter-company and third-party) Assist with monthly financial statement preparation Maintain supporting schedules and documentation Coordinate with external tax advisors and associated tax filings Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across all records Assist with data entry and document management within the office platform Track capital calls, distributions, and investment balances Maintain investment-level schedules and supporting data Requirements Proven experience with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices Strong office management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with TValue or similar loan tracking software is a plus Experience with brokerage statements and investment tracking Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Previous office experience in a professional setting is required Demonstrated data entry accuracy Ability to proofread documents meticulously and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
