PM Monday-Friday Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong knowledge of sales tax requirements across multiple U.S. states. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing financial records, sales tax filings, and day-to-day accounting functions.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare and file sales tax reports for multiple states Monitor sales tax compliance and registration requirements Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking Work closely with management and outside accountants as needed Previous bookkeeping experience required Strong understanding of multi-state sales tax rules and filings

Bookkeeper Qualifications:
