Monday to Friday Atlantic Group is hiring a Finance Assistant (Temporary) for our client, supporting financial reporting, contract administration, revenue analysis, and accounts receivable activities. This opportunity will assist finance and operations teams with data reconciliation, budget tracking, invoicing review, and financial record maintenance to support accurate reporting and contract setup processes. Finance Assistant:
Revenue Reconciliation:
Review recognized revenue and invoicing records to identify discrepancies and support accurate financial reporting.
Budget Analysis:
Research, compile, and organize budget information to support contract setup and revenue planning activities.
Contract Review:
Analyze contract and billing activity to ensure services are properly invoiced and financial records are complete.
Data Validation:
Investigate discrepancies between financial and operational systems to maintain accurate reporting and recordkeeping.
Accounts Receivable Support:
Assist with follow-up on outstanding balances, communicate with external stakeholders, and support payment tracking efforts.
Financial Administration:
Maintain organized financial records and assist with reporting, reconciliation, and special finance projects as needed. Qualifications for the
Finance Assistant:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
Experience:
Recent graduates and candidates with internship, finance, accounting, or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
Industry Knowledge:
Basic understanding of financial reporting, revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes is required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with ERP systems is preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
