Position Summary The Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining A/P, A/R, Data Entry and Bank Reconciliations in preparation of financial reports and other financial documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger postings. Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for several clients. Essential Duties Submit A/R Process A/P Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Prepare reconciliations to general ledger accounts Respond to inquiries Other duties as assigned Education & Experience Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance Advanced knowledge of GAAP accounting QuickBooks Pro Advisor skill level - MUST have QBO experience at high level This role will start at 20 hours / week with growth to 30 hours / week after a certain timeframe. This position is intended to be filled by someone who is looking for long term employment for years to come. Work hours are flexible; this role is 90% remote with one half day onsite in Maitland, FL weekly. Pay rate review after 90 days.
