Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full-Charge Client Bookkeeper to manage the full-cycle accounting and compliance needs for a diverse portfolio of small- to mid-sized business clients. In this role, you will operate independently to handle daily accounting, full-process payroll, multi-jurisdiction sales tax filings, and annual tangible personal property tax returns. You will serve as the primary daily contact for our clients, ensuring their financial records are accurate and trial-balance ready for our CPA tax team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and file Sales Tax and Tangible Property Tax Process 1099s and 1042 / 1042-S Handle Annual Reports Manage Payroll and Multi-State Payroll Work with
QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong knowledge of the responsibilities listed above Well-rounded understanding of accounting principles Knowledge of Accrual basis vs. Cash basis accounting GAAP experience is a plus Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop & Online Required to attend client visits as needed Strong organizational and time-management skills
Schedule & Compensation:
