We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Team Lead with strong leadership experience, deep accounting knowledge, and the drive to take ownership of outcomes. In this role, you'll act as the client-facing liaison between our bookkeeping team and clients, ensuring A++ client support and satisfaction while managing and mentoring your team. Why This Role Matters We've built strong systems, but we need someone who can lead our team, maintain quality control, and serve as the primary bridge between clients and our bookkeepers. This key hire will help remove bottlenecks, provide excellent client experience, and allow our leadership team to focus on growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee bookkeeping operations for multiple client accounts (primarily eCommerce and fitness businesses) Review and ensure accuracy in Balance Sheets, P&Ls, reconciliations, and categorization Act as the main point of contact for client escallations providing proactive updates and resolving questions efficiently Manage and mentor a team of bookkeepers and Client Success Managers Being detail oriented so you'll read this and apply with your favorite color in an email, sent with your resume to the email address below. Must-Have Qualifications:
