Part-Time Bookkeeper (Work From Home)
Compensation:
$31.25 – $33.65 per hour Our client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a rapidly growing account.
This Part-Time Bookkeeper will play a key role in managing financial data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal Part-Time Bookkeeper will have strong QuickBooks Desktop experience, advanced organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment. Schedule 20 to 32 hours per week Flexible scheduling Availability between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM preferred for training and collaboration Responsibilities Enter and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks Desktop Process high-volume accounting and reservation-related data Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations Review and validate financial information for accuracy Track and process commission payments Manage expense reporting and coding through Expensify Investigate and resolve discrepancies Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Collaborate with team members through video meetings and ongoing communication Assist with month-end accounting activities as needed Required Qualifications Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Desktop experience required Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience working with high-volume transactional data Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Excellent communication skills Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office workspace Must have your own computer and equipment setup Preferred Qualifications Bank reconciliation experience Expensify experience Experience supporting multiple clients or entities Public accounting, bookkeeping firm, or outsourced accounting experience Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Self-starter who takes initiative Curious and willing to ask questions Comfortable working independently Strong problem-solving abilities Enjoys working with financial data and reconciliations Comfortable participating in video meetings and collaborating with a remote team What We Offer Flexible work-from-home schedule Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to support a rapidly growing client account Potential for long-term or permanent employment based on business needs and performance If you are an experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper seeking a flexible work-from-home opportunity with a growing organization, we would love to hear from you. #
