IHV is a specialized medium voltage electrical contractor performing construction, testing, maintenance, and public works projects throughout California. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll, accounts payable, and labor compliance responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payment tracking Maintain certified payroll records and labor compliance documentation Track prevailing wage and union labor compliance requirements Manage employee sick time, vacation, and benefit tracking Submit and maintain LCPtracker and DIR reporting Coordinate with project managers, field employees, and general contractors regarding payroll and compliance requirements Track employee job costing and project labor hours Maintain organized payroll, compliance, and accounting records
Qualifications:
Construction payroll and accounts payable experience preferred Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage projects required Knowledge of union labor compliance and public works requirements Experience using LCPtracker and DIR systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently QuickBooks experience preferred
