Job DescriptionJob Description Part-Time QuickBooks Accountant - Homeowners Association (Granbury, TX) We are seeking an experienced part-time accounting professional with strong QuickBooks expertise to manage and prepare financial statements for a 60-owner Homeowners Association.
Responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintaining the general ledger
Performing monthly bank reconciliations
Preparing accurate financial statements and reports for board review
Assisting with budget tracking and vendor payments
Qualifications:
Proficient in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online)
Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles
Experience with HOA or property management accounting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet monthly deadlines
