This is not just data entry. I need someone who can catch mistakes, ask questions, and stay organized. Role Reconcile bank accounts and transactions Track income/expenses across properties Identify discrepancies and flag issues Keep books clean and up to date Work directly with me to solve problems Schedule 1 day per week (about 8 hours) Prefer Mondays, but flexible Work Setup (IMPORTANT) This is in-person only — not remote Work is done at a co-working space (similar to WeWork) in Philadelphia You must bring your own laptop This is not a work-from-home position Requirements Bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar) Strong attention to detail Good communication Able to work independently Pay $25/hour Important (READ) After applying, send a 30-60 second video introducing yourself and explaining: Your bookkeeping experience Why you're a good fit Applications without a video will not be considered.
