JOB DUTIES

; Answering phones, taking work order information, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking and bank reconciliations, track time for billing and payroll, handling of insurance and employees, enter inventory purchases & sales, filing, helping customers that come through the front door, credit card processing merchants. Full cycle bookkeeping apart from payroll. payroll hours are tracked and summarized on a spreadsheet then emailed to an outside source. HOURS; Starting hours 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for training. Schedule to be determined after training is complete. After training, moves to 32 hours a week

PAY:

During training, starting pay is $21.35 per hour. After training, moves salary
