5+ Positions Available Launch or Grow Your Career in Finance & Accounting A rapidly growing, industry-leading service organization is seeking multiple Accounts Receivable Specialists to join its Corporate Finance & Accounting team. Whether you're a recent graduate looking to start your career or an experienced Accounts Receivable/Collections professional seeking your next opportunity, we want to hear from you. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you'll play a critical role in managing customer accounts, supporting collections efforts, and helping maintain the financial health of a growing organization. You'll work alongside a collaborative team with opportunities for training, mentorship, and long-term career growth. What You'll Be Doing Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain accurate aging reports Conduct high-volume collection calls and customer outreach via phone and email Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve account issues Collaborate with Operations, Service, and Account Management teams to resolve billing discrepancies Reconcile payments and assist with cash application activities Analyze payment trends and support collection strategies Escalate uncollectible accounts and assist with recommendations for write-offs or collections actions Maintain accurate documentation and account records Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects What We're Looking ForEntry-Level Candidates Welcome Recent graduates with internships, co-ops, accounting coursework, or strong interest in finance/accounting are encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, or Accounting experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making collection calls and handling customer inquiries Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business software systems Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?
