Full Job Description Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist Openings:
Multiple positions available About the Role We are looking for Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialists to join a growing Corporate Finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates, early-career accounting professionals, or candidates with collections and accounts receivable experience. You'll help manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and work closely with internal teams to keep billing and collections running smoothly. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and staying organized, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and monitor aging reports Make collection calls and send email follow-ups on past-due invoices Research and resolve billing discrepancies Work with Operations and Service teams to address customer concerns Reconcile payments and maintain accurate account records Identify trends and help improve collections processes Support reporting, special projects, and process improvements What We're Looking For 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable, Collections, or accounting experience preferred Recent graduates with internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (not required) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable making collection calls and handling high-volume work Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems quickly Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment #CNX200
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
