Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department to ensure compliance and financial accuracy for a manufacturing company and commercial rental property.Essential Functions:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
- Process and record financial transactions accurately, including invoices, receipts and expense vouchers.
- Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principals..
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist accountants with audits, month end and year end closings and other accounting tasks.
- Maintain lease agreements and other supporting schedules for tenants.
