SUMMARY This position provides clerical support to the AVPs of Financial Services and Strategic and Financial Planning, the Directors of Accounting and Cost/Reimbursement, the AP Manager and the PR Manager. They are responsible for the AP processing for AnMed Plan and AnMed Cannon. Process incoming courier mail for the department by opening, stamping with date received and delivering to individual mailboxes. Respond to all W-9 inquiries and prepare all credit applications. Process invoices for AnMed Health Plan and complete check run. Review for proper authorizations and pay according to terms. Deposit checks via Digital Express to TD Bank and complete month journal entry to book these to the proper GL code. Answer Accounting Department phone. Ensure certain Accounting Department equipment in maintained and maintain departmental office supply closet. Handle all flower and memorial requests for employee family deaths. Prepare, in a timely and accurate manner, certain check requests for the Controller.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma and 3 years of similar work experience required.
