Accounts Payable/Receivable 📍

Location:

Florence, SC ⏰

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 💰

Pay:

$20/hour ✈️

Travel:

Up to 2 times per year (up to 6 days per trip for conferences) 🌟

What You'll Do:

📥 Receive and process invoices via mail, email, and fax (high-volume environment ~400/day!) 🗂️ Maintain accurate records of all invoices received ☎️ Answer incoming calls and assist with problem invoices 💻 Input invoices into digital workflow systems and ensure accuracy 🔍 Perform internal control checks to ensure no invoices are missed 📊 Process invoices in LBMX system, including research when needed 🧩 Conduct root cause analysis for missing invoices to protect rebates/discounts 📑 Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies 🤝 Communicate with vendors and dealers regarding invoices, disputes, and payments 🎯

What We're Looking For:

Pay Details:
