Accounts Payable/Receivable πLocation:
Florence, SC β°Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM π°Pay:
$20/hour βοΈTravel:
Up to 2 times per year (up to 6 days per trip for conferences) πWhat You'll Do:
π₯ Receive and process invoices via mail, email, and fax (high-volume environment ~400/day!) ποΈ Maintain accurate records of all invoices received βοΈ Answer incoming calls and assist with problem invoices π» Input invoices into digital workflow systems and ensure accuracy π Perform internal control checks to ensure no invoices are missed π Process invoices in LBMX system, including research when needed π§© Conduct root cause analysis for missing invoices to protect rebates/discounts π Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies π€ Communicate with vendors and dealers regarding invoices, disputes, and payments π―What We're Looking For:
