Job Description

Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Bookkeeper in Murrells, SC! This position is for a Golf Club in Murrells Inlet, SC. They're looking for someone with QuickBooks experience. They also use LightSpeed P.O.S. Experience with LightSpeed would be a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

Answer calls and provide customer service Handle deposit Create invoices and receive Enter accounts payable and keep up with accounts payable due File sales tax Balance the budget and help with audits and tax forms Other office duties

Requirements:

Must have experience maintaining bank records Associate degree in business, accounting, or a similar field Experience in office work and accounting Pass a background check Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Days:

Monday-Friday - 1st

Shift Pay:

$16.00 to $18.00 (Based on Experience)
