The ideal candidate will manage essential financial tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and a high level of accuracy in data entry and invoice management.

Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Perform detailed data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records. Handle invoice processing, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Support payroll operations, including calculations and timely disbursements. Maintain and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness. Utilize QuickBooks for tracking and reporting financial activities. Address discrepancies and resolve issues related to financial transactions. Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes. Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management review. Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with invoice processing and payroll operations. Ability to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies effectively. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication abilities to work collaboratively with team members.
