Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist(Mandarin Preferred)

Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support our fast-growing solar manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume AP transactions, working with international suppliers, and coordinating with Chinese manufacturing partners. Mandarin Chinese language skills are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in ERP/accounting systems Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way matching) Manage payment schedules and prepare weekly payment runs Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams regarding invoices and shipments Support international wire payments Communicate with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers regarding payment status and documentation Maintain AP records, contracts Assist with month-end closing activities and audit preparation Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1+ years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience Mandarin Chinese language proficiency preferred Experience working with Chinese vendors/manufacturers is highly desirable Strong Excel and data analysis skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
