Role:

You'll be responsible for full-cycle business accounting and daily bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is a mature professional who can work independently while staying connected with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day duties will include: Managing accounts payable (A/P) Administering payroll Recording bank and credit card activity Performing bank and credit card reconciliations Generating monthly financial reports

Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise) Associate's Degree in Accounting (preferred) Ability to work on-site during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, approx. 8 AM-5 PM EST) Willingness to complete background and reference checks

Compensation & Benefits:
