This position will support our Accounting Department's daily operations and grow into full-time office accounting management. Workdays and hours are Monday - Friday, 8 to 5. Responsibilities:

Support the accounting department's daily operations Reconcile multiple schedules Bank reconciliation Post invoices into the dealer management system Accounts payable / Accounts receivable Daily cash deposit CC Reconciliation Sales and use tax reconciliation using tntap

Requirements:

2-year degree in accounting or finance required Good computer/data entry, communication, and organizational skills Reliable, honest, and dependable Works well independently and as part of a team A good work ethic and positive attitude
