The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of AP within a shared services environment along with hands-on experience with a large ERP system. Additional duties will include the following. Approve expense statements and reimbursements Make bank deposits, reconciliation of invoices and input changes Oversee maintenance of vendor insurance and set-up Research past-due invoices, contacting vendors via phone and email Exceptional communication skills, proven ability to research and resolve complex payables issues Manipulating data along with importing data from Excel into the ERP system This is an in-office 5 days a week position in Dallas.
